Affordable housing Development Competition

I worked with an interdisciplinary team of urban planners and architects to propose a multi-generational community development plan for the Affordable Housing Development Competition, sponsored by the Federal Housing Loan Bank of Boston (FHLBB). Our proposal for the Bridge at Jackson Square combined affordable rental and for-sale housing in a variety of unit types aimed at meeting the needs of the local community.

I served a number of roles on the team, including as project manager, where I defined a consistent visual language for the document and facilitated consolidation of the various pieces. I also provided contextual statistical analysis, which served to ground our proposal in the realities of the area.

Our proposal was awarded Honorable Mention in the 2015 FHLBB competition.
